ENTRANCE
A covered entry provides access to the property, the layout of which is shown on the floor plan. Entry is by way of a Key Safe, which contains the door key (the key code & full instructions will be supplied before departure), so no need to find an agent on your arrival in order to obtain a door key. |

SWIMMING POOL
The large screened pool & deck area is the perfect place to relax, overlooking the beautiful woodland conservation area. There is space for you and all your guests to sit and sip a cool drink while enjoying the wonderful Florida sunshine. The pool can be electrically heated*. The extensive high-quality deck furniture with table, chairs and sun-loungers will enable you to soak up some of that Florida sunshine. Or, if you prefer, sit under the umbrella in the cool shade whilst enjoying the peaceful surrounds. The complimentary BBQ means that you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is well known for - you may never want to leave!

GAMES ROOM
The Games Room features an American pool table that
"flips over" to reveal an air hockey table
underneath. There is also a foosball table and a darts
board for your enjoyment. The Games Room is carpeted
and has a ceiling fan fitted for your comfort. |

KITCHEN
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/ freezer - with ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and food disposal unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, glass ware, and cooking utensils you will need. There is also a breakfast bar area with stools, suitable for that informal snack or meal. |

DINING AREA
The dining area is open plan, and the dining table which seats 6 people is accompanied by tasteful decor to ensure the relaxing atmosphere is maintained throughout your stay. A sliding patio door leads to the pool area so you can enjoy the air conditioned comfort inside or maybe slip outside onto the patio and embrace the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is known for by using the complimentary BBQ. |

FAMILY ROOM
An open-plan, spacious room with large 2 & 3 seater sofas, one of which can also be converted into a queen size bed if required. The family room is a nice quiet area to relax in while everyone else is being energetic, just sit with a good book and let the world go by. This room with its vaulted ceiling is light and airy and filled with comfortable lounge furniture, a large 25" TV with numerous cable channels, VCR and DVD player. The home features a high speed wireless internet connection. |

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is again spacious and cool, with sliding patio doors leading out to the pool and sundeck. It contains a large queen size bed, cupboards, bedside cabinets and your own TV with cable connection. There is a large walk-in closet within the wonderful en-suite master bathroom, so you will have ample space for all your belongings. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash bowl, and includes a door directly out to the pool area. Privacy is a great feature, with the master bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. |

BEDROOM 2
This is a large second master bedroom that again features a queen size bed. It has a light, roomy feel with sliding patio doors leading to the pool and sundeck. This bedroom has its own TV with cable connection, plus walk-in closet, double dresser and mirror and bedside chest with lamp. The second master en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash bowl, and again a walk-in closet for all your belongings.

BEDROOM 3
This also is a wonderful, bright, Floridian style bedroom, with a window overlooking the front of the villa. It features twin beds, a chest of drawers with mirror, and walk -in closet, giving ample space for all your holiday clothes. It shares the family bathroom with bedroom 4. |
.BEDROOM 4
This lovely bedroom, with views over the front of the house, features twin beds. Again, with its own walk-in closet and chest of drawers with large mirror, there is plenty of space for your belongings. It shares the family bathroom with bedroom 3. |
